The MGEN Mental Health Establishment of Rueil-Malmaison and Neuilly-S/-Seine - is an ESPIC which brings together the general psychiatry sectors G08 and G11 which represent the cities of Rueil-Malmaison and Neuilly-S/-Seine. The medical project integrates the care sectors extended to the territory. The establishment is composed of: 58 hospitalization beds spread over 4 care units in Rueil-Malmaison * An Outpatient Center for each sector with for each: A Medical Psychological Center * A Day Hospital * A Part-Time Reception Center * A Psychosocial Rehabilitation Department bringing together cognitive remediation activities, therapeutic education (individual, group, for families) and individualized support The establishment is recruiting a Multi-skilled Building Maintenance Worker (M/F) on a 1-month replacement fixed-term contract. Attached to the establishment's maintenance team, you carry out building maintenance and transport activities. In maintenance, you carry out the following activities: * Ensure building maintenance (painting, electricity, plumbing, locksmithing, etc.) * Maintain the exterior of the establishment * Ensure routine maintenance of the equipment entrusted to carry out the activity * Carry out work involving a degree of initiative and responsibility in areas relating to building maintenance * Carry out assigned tasks in compliance with safety regulations You may be required to transport and handle various goods, products or objects. You ensure the transport of patients as part of their care. You participate in the prevention and safety of interventions and people as part of your activity. Your activity is carried out taking into account the comfort and privacy of patients.
